We have a desire to see improved and more efficient fire and EMS services throughout the United States. Hanifen, Ph.D. began his consulting career in the early 2000’s and has conducted departmental analysis is many states to include Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. In addition, Hanifen & Associates has many fire and EMS leaders on their team that include career and volunteer chiefs, as well as university professors. Hanifen & Associates also collaborates with Fire & EMS Station architects, as well as GIS professionals to provide the needed subject matter expertise that no single person or company can deliver to fully meet a clients needs
